Custom Header and Footer Code
It would be nice to have the option to add your own header / footer code above and below the Instaproofs code. Having this feature would give more flexibility in "skinning" the store front and improve integration with existing web sites.

Default State
As for Ireland, you have Leinster, Ulster, etc. I think you need to change cos you did for other places just as UK, London, liverpool, etc... so we should get like Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, etc.... we have 32 different places. and those "Leinster" have about 12 places.

Products need to be on list with other sets and sizes when purchasing
My clients don't see my products, because once they are in the event searching for photos, they are not listed with the other sets and sizes available for purchase. I would like to see them in that same list. That is the reason I am thinking about switching to another proofing and purchasing site.

stats reports
There really needs to be an area where you can easily find out stats....stats for each event...and all of the events as a whole....as well as see how many logged in on days that we send bulk emails. I can't even tell if they've opened the emails.

Setup templates
I came here through Canlas and would like to mimic his business but setting it up isn't as easy as I had expected, If it was an option I would pay for an easy setup option (less pricing of course) with the kickback % discounts and stuff.

Please make client downloads easy for when they purchase add on downloads to their print orders. Currently I have to send those files by hand.

Customized Logoin
It would be good to have a automated customized logoin for different clients to view photos. For example, I take shoots for band members at a local high school. I would like to offer them a way to view their photos without viewing other students.

Mobile App Expiration date
Love the mobile app option! Just started using it today, but would really help to have an expiration option for them!
1 voteHi Kat! Thanks for the suggestion. What would you use the expiration date for? For example, would you stop allowing your clients to view their images after a certain number of days? With mobile apps being saved to the mobile devices they are viewed on it may be difficult to enforce this, but if you have a great use-case scenario for it we can certainly take a look.

Save changes button
On the user interface, the 'save changes' button is at the bottom of the page. Can a second be added to the top of the page? It would be handy when working on files towards the top, instead of having to scroll through a long file list to get to the bottom button. -- Geoff

Universal event expiration days should be open for paid subscriptions
I have high res download subscription and will prefer to keep default event expiration days for 2-3 years or longer time. I was able to do that before but after recent facelift of website it does not allow default expiration to go beyond 270 days. I understand that this limit is for free accounts but there should be an automatic account identification system which will allow paid subscriptions to universally allow setting more than 270 days to expire events. Yes, I am aware of manually changing each event to expire in longer time but that is an hassel and purpose…

Fullfillment Process Payment Scrren
The radio buttons that say direct bill or pay with cc should be bigger. I accidentally paid with my cc for a customer order when it should have been deducted from my account.

No password or email needed when logged in
It would be great if we didn't have to type in an email to see albums we are setting up (or had the option to work in "admin" mode). I find it fairly irritating that every time I want to access an album I have to type in the password and/or the email address even though I'm logged in as the admin

Expanded info options on the Events List Page
I would love to see the following info added to the line for each event:

Restrictions for ordering.
In selling school pics I would like folks to order a package 1st and then after ordering a package be able to supplement their order with extra individual images.
