Additional Water Marks
I would love to be able to add an additional water mark. I have two brands and would love to use the correct logo on the coordinating galleries, rather than one logo on all of the galleries.

Move a Category to a New Gallery
You currently cannot move a category in one gallery easily to a new gallery. You have to re-upload the entire thing, which means it deletes any user's favorites, settings, etc.
It would be great to be able to simply move a category to a new gallery if needed.
This became an issue when I tried to allow a bride to download her entire wedding gallery she purchased, yet not the engagement session she did months prior, which she didn't purchase. I've run into an issue with this now! And have to delete the engagement category and now reupload it to…

Scheduling system for clients
With Instaproofs, we have the ability to send contracts and invoices to clients for their upcoming photoshoots, so it would be awesome if clients could also schedule appointments using the same platform. The photographers could set their availability and clients could select the day/time that works best for them.

Monthly image backup subscriptions WE can offer our clients!
Currently we set our client galleries to expire after 6 months, and we have to delete galleries every year to stay within our subscription limit (250GB). But! We just heard that Pic-Time is working on a function to be able to offer clients the option to extend their gallery indefinitely by paying for a monthly subscription--such an amazing idea! more options for restricting downloads
I love that I can add an email and implement that email address having the ability to download images from a category! One request though, currently there is only one restriction option...which applies to any email addresses in there. It would be amazing if the restrictions could be different for each email address. For instance, if a vendor signs our vendor agreement then we allow them full access images. But if they don't we only want to allow them watermarked images. With the restriction option now in place it doesn't let us personalize what we want to give out. Please…

Display favorites in numerical order/by image name, not the order they were added
Clients choosing favorites for their album is made difficult and confusing for them because the images within their favorites selection are displayed out of chronological order. Also some images cross over into multiple categories (i.e. the same image is uploaded twice, once in two different categories), and if the client favorites both of them and then wants to unfavorite, it's really hard for them to find both copies within their favorites folder to unselect. Problem solved if the images are displayed by filename! They'd be easy to find and any duplicates would be right next to each other.

increase grid view size
Now that we can add images to a highlight category (yay!), it would be so awesome if we could have the option to make the thumbnails in our grid view larger.

More file image file delivery options for clients. The correct system for downloading/delivery digital images is outdated, especially breaking downloads into multiple zip files. It would be nice to have the following options available.
- Download to your computer
- Save to Dropbox
- Save to Google Photos

sales revenue relating to sales tax
could you add a report or column item that shows the sale revenue that the sales tax has been calculated from. not all revenue generates sales tax and I need to specify to the NY State Department the amount of sales revenue that correlates to the sales tax I have collected.

Unfortunately we don’t currently have a way to track the specific items that were taxed at the time of purchase, but a simple way to come up with that number is to use the sales tax you collected and work backwards from it. For example, if your tax rate is 10% and you know that $450 in taxes were collected, you can know that the total taxed was $4500. The formula for that is just [total tax collected]/[tax rate]. In this example it would be 450/.10 = 4500.

Give customers the option to combine photos from Multiple events into ONE shopping cart
Customers have photos in different events they wish to purchase. They should be allowed to put them ALL into one cart and pay just ONE shipping fee instead of paying shipping on orders from every event they order from.

invoices reminder
For invoice templates, it would be nice if the remainder emails could be scheduled something like (current date) + 3 days... (current date) + 7 days...
In other systems I have use we can put T+7 and it will read as current date + 7 days.

Pretty Galleries on Mobile
I'd love to see the galleries be pretty on mobile! When I click a link and get to an instaproofs gallery on my phone it's just one column and I feel like I'm scrolling forever. Something more Pinterest like (like other online gallery companies) would be far more appealing to my clients and me.

Auto-detect Feature as Default Choice
Please add the ability to configure the web uploader to always be set to the auto-detect category choice. Thank you for adding this feature. It's a game-changer. Being able to always have it on that option by default would make it even better. Thank you!

is there a way to copy a gallery?
ex. create a copy of wedding 2019? so that i can rename it to 2020?
it sure would be nice if it could and even copied the music preferences as well.

Downloads
Hi there,
Could you explore a better way to turn on instant downloads? As it is right now when a client wants to download their favorites, they have to be added to the list of "PERMISSION TO DOWNLOAD INDIVIDUAL IMAGES" list, but when I do that it disables the ability for anyone else to be able download individual images. Is it possible to have categories of download when you grant permission to download full gallery? As it stands, it's not super intuitive for our clients to just simply download without having to add in a bunch of emails. I understand…

Allow discount days to apply different percentages for prints vs products
I'd like to set a different percentage off for prints and products during a discount days sale. For example, on days 1 through 14 prints could be 40% off, but also on days 1 through 14, products are only 20% off.
