Bulk add discount codes
I want to give competitors at an event unique discount codes so they can only use their code up to it's value. It would be good to be able to do this from a spreadsheet and load into instaproofs instead of me going through and adding each one.

Get download link for others favorites
I am working with an album designer and I would like there to be an option for me to have my client(s) select favorite images and then send a download link with those images to my album designer. At the moment I can only figure out how to either send a download link to the individual who favorited the images or download them myself. It would be fine even I could just get the download link to my email and then I could send it out to my designer.

Make images viewed on mobile website resizeable with pinch zoom
When viewing the images via a phone or tablet (not through a mobile gallery, but through the standard website), it would be nice for my clients to be able to zoom in with a pinch zoom.

Alternate Logo For eMails & Invoices
I have a dark background for my galleries to match my WIX website. Consequently my logo needs to be white to show up on the page. It disappears however on the white background of an eMail or invoice. Can you add an additional option for another logo on the branding page so I can upload a dark logo for those documents?

Ability to See a List of Photos a Client "Hides" under Visitor Stats
Currently in my daily summary report that comes via email it shows that photos were hidden by a client, but when I log into visitor stats it does not display there. I have to log in as the client, then click through to each category until I see the hidden images at the bottom. It would be very helpful if there was a clickable link under stats to see which photos have been hidden to ensure I don't share photos the client wants to keep private.

Prints and shipping
I don't understand the shipping set up. I have returned a print receipt that shows a charge for shipping that I have not charged the customer and therefore appears that I owe money to yourselves. I don't understand how this could happen or how to rectify it. Please respond and help me on this ASAP.

Add a quick "share/bulk email" link right under the gallery.
It'd be great to be able to quickly hit "share" right under the gallery. As it is now, you have to either copy the link and send an email from your email host site or you have to manually add in the client's email address, then click over to marketing->bulk email and then send. It'd be much more effective to have a short cut right under the gallery.
7 votesThank you for your suggestion! I believe that we may have functionality similar to what you’re looking for already in place. You would still need to add the person’s email address to the gallery, but you can send a bulk email from the Galleries area as follows: Click the Visitors link for your gallery and select the View/Add Email option. Place a checkmark next to the visitors you’d like the email to be sent to (or click on the top checkbox to select them all), and click the “Email Selected Visitors” button. From the resulting pop-up, select the template you’d like to send, and click the Send button. And that should do it! Add a comment back to this suggestion and let us know if this will work for you. Make Branding More Customizable
Would love the ability to make emails and storefronts a little more customizable. Make it easier to upload an image or graphic to announce a sale!

Filter Galleries
It would be great to be able to customise the link for the main website so that it only shows events of a certain GALLERY TYPE.
At the moment, we do have several distinct areas of photography as do many other photographers of course, eg: Weddings, Events, Baptisms etc and I have different web pages that allow customers to click through to Instaproofs to view previous works.
Unfortunately, at the moment, they have to wade through different TYPES. Whereas, if we could send them to
hostname.instaproofs.com/gallery/#type=wedding
... or similar, this would be advantageous.

Customizable receipt email
I have all my emails customized but then my clients receive the receipt email that doesn't look like it fits at all with everything else they have received from me. I would love to see a receipt email added to the email templates so it can be customized.

You have a great product. However, your site is slow. As you grow and more images are loaded, it will slow and crash. Get ahead of the game.

Approving Digital File Orders
Coming from Zenfolio, I really liked their option to be able to approve all orders including digital file orders. I just lost money due to Stripe's fees because I had to refund a very large digital file order when my client had already pre-purchased the digital files. I would like the option to be able to turn on some sort of approval required before submitting the payment.

Watermarking
It would be great to have the ability to watermark just one gallery of your choice. For example, we are sending a commercial gallery to an art director for a website he is designing that hasn't been retouched and want to watermark the photos for his selection before we do our final retouching.

Instasend for Mac OSX
Instasend uploading application for Mac OSX (and with no upload throttling please). Bonus: Ability for gallery invitation emails to be sent when the gallery has completed uploading and converting. This would be a game changer for me.

Gallery Video
When logging into a gallery, it would be great to have a video--such as their wedding video--front and center to watch then they can scroll or click into the photo galleries after.

Save email drafts
Would love to be able to draft an email, choose the recipients, etc. and then save it to send at a later time. Even better if that draft could also be scheduled to auto-send at a future date/time!
