I really wish you would offer a 100 or 150GB plan. There's a big gap between 50 & 250, I think a lot of people might appreciate more choices. I don't need a 250GB plan but really would like 100GB

Cropping tool
hello,
On the cropping option, can that be reduced some the clients can't crop in so much? I know there will be times when the picture once printed out won't have good quality after cropping so tight. It just crops in to much. Can that be reduced some??
Also, can cropping be "mandatory" on select events instead of applying to all events? Thanks so much! Rick Barge1 vote -

Employee Login
I have hired an employee to manage our office & businesses, however, I don't want her to have access to all of the money information. It would be awesome to have Roles where each person only has access to certain information. Our business software ShootQ does this

Employee Restricted Access
I have an office manager who I would like to handle my instaproof daily tasks, however, I do not want her to have access to all of the financial information and order amounts. If there could be a way for her to have access to all of the features except the financial information, that would be very helpful. I just don't like anyone that works for me knowing the amount of money this pulls in if it isn't their business. Please implement soon!!!!!!

Slideshows
I would LOVE to have more control over my slideshow, it looks pretty old school, so an overhaul would be fantastic. Plus I would like to be able to set the settings to my preferences right off the bat, as I hate explaining to clients to slow down the slideshow themselves. It goes really fast right off the bat and it just doesn't look that great. Thanks!!

It would be really neat to be able to print out a price list with selected prints and products to have at events when we shoot.

Vendor-Access Downloads with Watermarks
We would like to shift our vendor-image distribution process so that vendors only can download free images with our watermark on them; clients would still be required to purchase the high-res digital images, and would not have access to free watermarked images. This would save tons of time for wedding photographers who have to distribute 'marketing' images separately!

adding email addresses in the "edit event" section
it would be great to have the option to automatically the emails to the visitors list from the edit events page.

You should add a way to add an attachment to email templates. Example, print release to the gallery download email template.

Put icons above/below instead of on top of photos in mobile app gallery
Right now if you are looking at photos on your phone (and especially if it's a vertical photo) when you rotate to look at the photo vertically there are icons on top and at the bottom of the image. The top of the image is even cut off by the url bar. Other proofing sites put icons not ON the photos (restricting the view of the entire photo) but above and below the photos (makes the photo smaller) but you see the entire photo.

Create Custom RSS/XML feed which can be filtered by event type.
We have different websites for different types of events that we photograph and it would be really useful if we could add a SWITCH into the web address feed for the XML feed to identify the EVENT TYPE so that this can be filtered against.
This could as standard be set to ALL.

Move custom Order Receipt Message to the TOP
Please can you simply move the custom message we can add to ORDER RECEIPTS, to the TOP? PLEASE?!
Customers do not always scroll down, and below is where download links are for Digital Downloads. I need to put a message at the TOP of the receipt advising people to scroll down if you have bought a digital download. thanks!1 vote -
Client email issues
Is it posible to force a client to enter their email address twice when they sign up for an appointment?
We have tons of clients who do not enter their email correctly and then wonder why they do not hear back from us, etc.

The emailing look needs to be more modern
I really like Instaproofs a lot, but end up using Pixieset over Instaproofs because their emailing to clients looks so much more modern and pretty. Can you change this?

Create ability to Download LO RES favorited images
please please create the ability for photographer to select whether the person download high res images or lo res images on the favorites that they mark when sending the download link. My images are so large because I use the hi res subscription.
Many of my vendors just want to lo res so they can add them to their website/online portfolio and they are too large - and they don't know how to scale them down.
