Make Branding More Customizable
Would love the ability to make emails and storefronts a little more customizable. Make it easier to upload an image or graphic to announce a sale!

Prints and shipping
I don't understand the shipping set up. I have returned a print receipt that shows a charge for shipping that I have not charged the customer and therefore appears that I owe money to yourselves. I don't understand how this could happen or how to rectify it. Please respond and help me on this ASAP.

Alternate Logo For eMails & Invoices
I have a dark background for my galleries to match my WIX website. Consequently my logo needs to be white to show up on the page. It disappears however on the white background of an eMail or invoice. Can you add an additional option for another logo on the branding page so I can upload a dark logo for those documents?

Get download link for others favorites
I am working with an album designer and I would like there to be an option for me to have my client(s) select favorite images and then send a download link with those images to my album designer. At the moment I can only figure out how to either send a download link to the individual who favorited the images or download them myself. It would be fine even I could just get the download link to my email and then I could send it out to my designer.

Bulk add discount codes
I want to give competitors at an event unique discount codes so they can only use their code up to it's value. It would be good to be able to do this from a spreadsheet and load into instaproofs instead of me going through and adding each one.

email link at the bottom option for link to contact page rather than example@example.com
hi at the bottom of the page you display my email and i would prefer the option of a link to my contact page because i always try to hide my email in order to reduce junk email and i prefer a contact form that formats the communication better and i know what they are talking about

Order confirmation page needs digital order instructions
The current text is "Thank you for your purchase! A receipt will be emailed to you shortly. You can also view it by using the button below."
There is no mention of how to collect digital orders so I feel like some customers will be stuck scratching their heads until they check their email and hopefully find the download link.

Set download capability when creating category
I would love to be able to set the download capability (and other options) for a category when creating the category, instead of having to create the category, then click on settings, save, etc to make it downloadable. One click would be so much more time saving when you have to create several categories for weddings.

Auto send gallery link announcements after granting access to full gallery or individual photos download
After putting in a person’s email address in to grant access for gallery download, it would be really nice to have an auto send announcement email from there without having to input their address again and send from another page.

I'd like the ability to choose default Slideshow music on its own page. I have a lot of gallery types, and I'd love to be able to have a Default slideshow music setting. That way, when I want to change my default slideshow music I don't have to go into every single gallery type to make my changes.
Also, the current way is a little buggy. When I go in to a gallery type and check the box to Enable/Disable each setting, each click drops me to the bottom of the preferences screen and I have to scroll all the…

copy galleries
is there a way to copy a gallery?
ex. create a copy of wedding 2019? so that i can rename it to 2020?
it sure would be nice if it could and even copied the music preferences as well.

sales revenue relating to sales tax
could you add a report or column item that shows the sale revenue that the sales tax has been calculated from. not all revenue generates sales tax and I need to specify to the NY State Department the amount of sales revenue that correlates to the sales tax I have collected.

Unfortunately we don’t currently have a way to track the specific items that were taxed at the time of purchase, but a simple way to come up with that number is to use the sales tax you collected and work backwards from it. For example, if your tax rate is 10% and you know that $450 in taxes were collected, you can know that the total taxed was $4500. The formula for that is just [total tax collected]/[tax rate]. In this example it would be 450/.10 = 4500.

Display favorites in numerical order/by image name, not the order they were added
Clients choosing favorites for their album is made difficult and confusing for them because the images within their favorites selection are displayed out of chronological order. Also some images cross over into multiple categories (i.e. the same image is uploaded twice, once in two different categories), and if the client favorites both of them and then wants to unfavorite, it's really hard for them to find both copies within their favorites folder to unselect. Problem solved if the images are displayed by filename! They'd be easy to find and any duplicates would be right next to each other.
