Bulk download for digital download packaged orders
I have clients that order a packages of their digitals (5, 10 15 packs etc). When they recieve the order it gives them download links for each individual file rather than a zip file similiar to if they were to download the event.
right now as a workaround, I have to go on my end, download the zip of their order and email it to them. It would be awesome if that zip file could be come available to them rather than links to each image download!

Show print information automatically
In the original storefront I was able to enter print information (for example a warning that changing print size would result in a crop to the image) automatically.
In the new storefront this information is still there, but you have to click the tiny "i" icon to view it which I am sure will be missed by many (I missed it first time looking and I was deliberately searching for the information). Please make this information automatically visible when items are selected.3 votes -
Allow inserting of custom buttons
It is nice to be able to insert a custom link with the Dynamic Content snippets (i.e. [[DIRECTEVENTACCESS_URL]] ). However, it would be nice to be able to put in custom code for a button to the customers images instead of a generic link. In other words, something like this:

This would allow you to create any custom code with a dynamic link or reference to the event that isn't a simple link.

Ordering form
doing the school photos! I need a page which contains a ordering form . No photos to down load just a place for them to order. customer would fill in all info like ( school, students name, grade , class, proof # Packages similar to what we have post. and payment can this be done. we have 7000 kids to do before nov.

Streamline back end.
make it more intuitive. This back end it VERY confusing! Streamline!!
I have to go to too many locations to change settings for each event.
Right now I've been doing this for over 3 hours and Its still not working correctly. I know that I am most likely missing some setting somewhere. But WHERE!! Too confusing.3 votes -

Add multiple emails separated by commas
Having to create a CSV to add a whole lot of emails takes just as long as adding them one by one (if not longer). If we were able to add all the emails separated by commas in the new email address field that would save SO much time. Woop!

Compare Print Sizes in new Gallery storefront
When I switched to the new Gallery storefront, it looks like the Compare Print Sizes link is no longer available in the 'Add to Cart' area. I always thought this was a great sales tool to push clients to order larger prints. I love the new storefront layout, but really miss this feature!

Ability to disallow search engine indexing of storefront and galleries
Please add options to control whether search engines will index our storefront and galleries. It would be nice to have universal and granular (per gallery) control, but even just one universal setting would be better than defaulting to allow indexing.

Integrate with Pixifi
Right now, I'm using both Shootproof and Instaproofs. I use Shootproof for in-person sales because it integrates with my client info in Pixifi. I would cancel Shootproof if Instaproofs did the same!

Sales Tax Option for Add-On Products

I offer a low resolution digital image as an add-on for my print products. I would like to be able to turn sales tax off for the digital add-on, but still charge sales tax on the print product.

Translate German UI into corrected version
Hi!
I was wondering where I can change the translations of the German interface on my storefront?
Pre photography, I worked as a translator and am fluent in both German and English (native speaker).
So if you don't mind - I'd love to give the German translation a better and more readable twist. It just doesn't sound right "Alle Fotos sind mit Rabatt von 30%. Angebot beendet am 27. April 2017."
It sounds as if it were Google translated and literally it means the images are 30% off, but you say it differently in German. Same goes for the duration.…3 votes -
Please show clients the discount they received on their invoice when they place their initial order.
I'm received emails from clients wondering if there 30% discount was applied. If their invoice clearly shows the regular price vs. the price they paid, that would be awesome.

Allow events to be viewed by the photographer prior to activation
After uploading images, sorting them into categories, and choosing a cover photo, I want to be able to view the event to make sure everything looks good before activating the event and thus initiating the discount days promo and notifying people who pre-registered. Currently you cannot do this but it would be useful.

Allow photos to be displayed in ROWS instead of COLUMNS
When photos are displayed in columns it destroys any clear order to the photos. I put a good deal of thought into the ordering of the final set of images that I deliver at a wedding in order to tell the story in the strongest way possible. This is ruined with the "pinterest-style" display that shows photos in columns. Additionally it gives prominence to vertical images, whereas I find that most of my photos in general, and especially most of my favorite images, are horizontal.

check email history
when I sent the bulk email to the client, is there a way to check the email history? I can only see "3 emails sent" but can't see the email address or other history information.
I was always afraid of sending the wrong information or sending to the wrong address so I would absolutely want to check after I sent!

Optional red "VIEW LARGER IMAGE" within galleries
I'd love the option to NOT automatically show the red "VIEW LARGER IMAGE" overlay on images as you hover over them. It's incredibly distracting, especially when viewing on a smaller screen or something like an iPad.

Phone app and watermark
I think it would be great to see the visitor counts and number of visits available through the Instaproofs app.
Also, it would be great if we had the ability to add a small watermark to the photos after customer custom cropping while on the way to auto fulfillment. Think of the old studios in the 80s and 90s that put foil logo and dates on the bottom corners.
