I have found that selling packages and prints at an event before the photos are posted is a great way to assure a successful event. I would like the option have people pre-buy a package and register for the even on-line. Then when the pictures are posted they would select their prints that they want for the event. If that can be done I would like to know how. I also tend to provide a discount for early or pre-sales. Having all the data entered into one seamless system for recording sales, managing orders and communication would be excellent. I would be willing to pay the Instaproof sales fee for the privilege. This is a great idea. I have the same problem. Considering something else as the admin is to high in volume.
Idially, if default photos could be loaded with predetermined file name, client pre-orders them. They stay on hold until files are replaced with real photos, the client can swap out or alter crop on photos in existing order and add more (pay the extra) complete the order.
