Ability to edit session details after the client books
I feel like it would be a huge benefit to be able to edit all session details after the client has booked.
For example, if the clients asks for a payment plan after booking I would like to be able to create an invoice with installments and then change the payment collection method within their booking page to ‘retainer upfront +
offline payment’ to prevent them from received payment notification from both places. Or you could possibly have a feature to create installments within the session details page. Another workaround would be be able to link an invoice to a session booking as either an installment or a new charge (adding extra fees such as
travel).
Scenario: If a bride books a $2000 wedding package and pays a retainer, her booking page says she owes $1800 but then I create an invoice with installments for $1800 (remaining balance since they paid the retainer when booking) she will receive notifications to make payments on both balances since I have no way to turn off the emails after a booking is made. I feel like this will be confusing and appear as if she owes $3600.
