  2. Are the team looking to allow multiple orders from different events by letting images being sent to their cart and retaining details and then adding images to that cart from other events. There wouuld then be one order rather than several orders from each event.

  3. You should let me choose a percentage over your cost of printing above your prices so I can just click it instead of having to fill all this out. I'm a photographer we never have that much time LOL!

  4. There should be a way that I can set a discount for specific categories. For instance; I shoot digital and film. The digital images get posted first, while the film is being processed and scanned. The initial discount may expire before I even get the film shots up. Therefore, it would be beneficial to discount the specific film category images when they are added to the gallery.

  5. The sale price listed should show the regular pricing and the sale price, not just the sale price. You gotta show people what they are actually saving! They need to see the regular price actually marked down. It just doesn't make sense how you guys have it. I have clients thinking that the sale price is the regular price. The shopping cart does not clarify this in a way people can understand the discount.

  6. Can you devise a way that I can order by "direct fulfillment," prints for my clients? On occasion, I want to send prints to people at no charge to them, but I would rather not use RPL ROES.

    I've tried 100% discount codes, but then you get into issues with added shipping charges and sales taxes. I just a simple way to do it from within Instaproofs.

  7. When you click on "Update" at the end of the page in the Preferences tab, it automatically goes back out to the setup tutorials screen. This is irritating because if you're tweaking something like WATERMARK opacity, you'll try a number, look at the results in another window and try again. But since it pops you out of the screen automatically, you have to manually go back and click preferences again. Not only can this add up to a lot of clicks, I sometimes forget where I was when I click back from the windows with the results. It's not a…

  9. When adding a product that contains prints within it, the Shopping Cart count displays the product AND the prints as individual items. So it can look like I have 31 albums in my cart rather than 1 album with 30 prints in it.

  10. 'I am wondering if the developers will consider developing a way to allow "categories" to load events into - then allowing all ordering from the category level rather than the event level. I am a pet/action photographer - I offer multiple purchase discounts, but some of my clients are involved in what would be multiple events spread out weeks or sometimes months apart. If they get a discount for buying 10 images - 5 might come from a flyball event and 5 from a dockdog event - but the way it is set up now, I have give them discount…

  11. I have had a handful of customers come to me explaining that when they enter their email address to view a gallery, they still can't view the photos. Their addresses are going through as I can see them on my side. Some have stated that they can't login and view photos on a apple based platform (mac, ipad, etc.) yet they have no problems entering and viewing photos on a PC.

    Any way this can be fixed?

  12. When ordering Products, it is hard to figure out what print you have selected. I think there needs to be an obvious link that takes you there and then shows you on that page what print you have selected rather than having to go into the cart.

  13. Currently the linked slideshow (or embedded) are flash based and of course don't work on most mobile (read: ios) devices.

    Would be nice to have a non-flash linked slideshow to be able to share the galleries easier.
    Also, on IOS devices the storefront slideshows have a bit of a hiccup in them every time a new slide loads.

    Also, pausing the slideshow would be nice.

  16. Is it possible to position the Next / Previous arrows directly next to the image that is displayed....That would make it much easier for clients to navigate thru their album?
    Currently the "Next Image" option is in tiny font right above the thumbnails, which is very hard to find & cumbersome to click on.

    Clicking on Thumbnails, themselves, doesn't allow for a smooth flow thru the album.

  17. I have had several clients be confused by the hide/unhide lock as well as myself. I am now taking about 15 minutes of my time to unhide all the photos my client has hidden (not on purpose). It would be great to have a quick administrative feature for me the photographer to quickly be able to take the eyeball with an x off within MANAGE PHOTOS.

  19. Right now it's very confusing to figure out how to set different discount days while an event is active. I would love to see a way to simply enter in something like "20% for first 10 days, 30% for last 10 days" instead of having to do complicated, confusing math with the exciting set up.
