Create a New Subscription Plan Between Basic and Pro
I've been on Basic for five years now and it'd be easy for me to stay on it, but I'd like to have a bit more "wiggle room" as far as storage and gallery space is concerned.
I need something between the Basic and the Pro plans. Something that would give me, say, 60-70 galleries and about 100-125GB in storage for $15 or so per month.

Specific Images for Automation Email Templates!!!
With the rollout of the automation tools, the current templates include an image but that images focal point is not selectable and is almost never useful. Would be great to be able to upload specifically sized images to the backend that can be used in the email's in order to have full control over its appearance.

Email Verification for Gallery Visitors
While the password protections is a good feature for individual client galleries and small groups - it is not ideal for large sports teams. I have too many trolls entering fake emails when visiting unlocked galleries. I photograph a lot of high school sports all year long and communicating a password to them is not an option.

Submit favorites to photographer
I’d love an option for my visitors to be able to hit submit once they have finished marking off their favourites, and that would notify me that they are ready. I do tell clients to notify me when they are done narrowing it down but a submit button would be better.
I’d also love for that submit button to lock in their selections and/or send me (and them) the list of their selected images for a record. That way it’s less likely that they make a mistake or try to change selections after I’ve already delivered the final images.

6 votesThank you for your suggestion! Although we do not currently have a way for your client to notify you through the gallery once their favorites have been selected, there IS an option to lock the list from further changes. This option is available through the Favorite Labels functionality.

Bulk Visitor Favorites Export - CSV
I was wondering if there could be a quick way - say from the main gallery listing page - to export a csv of clients who have viewed the gallery and/or clients and their favorited images.
For example, we have one gallery with about 100 visitors and some of them have favorites, there's no nice way to go through that manually. On the other hand, we've left about 100 galleries in our expired queue, and would love a one-click method to clear these out by saving any favorites that may be in there.1 vote -
Multiple lab auto fill!!!
Hi guys! I LOVE the new options for importing products from the lab! Because of this feature I now have fine art options from Musea, framed prints from WHCC, and I still use Richard for my paper prints. My hang up is when I realized a product ordered from a lab other than my default will not be auto fulfilled. Is there please please a way to choose multiple labs to auto fulfill for various products we sell? That would be AMAZING!
It would also be amazing if we could offer a preview of their photos in the print products…

It would make it easier and a lot more user friendly if the clients can download all their favorites at once with one click.
Right now you have it to where the only way you can do that is if I write in "No download limit," but sometimes they pay for a certain amount ahead of time, ie.. 50 or 100 photos. It would take them a long time to download 100 photos one by one. I figure they should be able to add all their favorites to an album and then just download the "Favorites"album.
I hope you can make this a feature soon. It will make it easier for the client and it seems more professional. Also, I don't want to email…

bigger cart button
The "Cart" button needs to be bigger, its tucked away as a tiny icon below an image, we want to drive people to buy not struggle to see it to make a purchase

Share link should take them to the full size photo for ordering
When you click the share icon on an image and send to someone’s email, it just sends them a thumbnail and the link goes to the full gallery where they have to scroll through to find the image. It seems counter-intuitive and prevents me from selling a print of an image since the client can’t find it in a gallery full of 1000+ images. The link should go to the specific image after they sign in, so they can see it larger and purchase.

Editable Invoices After Initial Installment Payment
Because clients will select occasionally to extend their coverage time as they near the wedding, I need to be able to access and edit an invoice even after they have paid their initial deposit. Please make edits to invoices possible from creation to fulfillment.

Download Link Extension
When sending images to vendors, I have them make a list and send them a link to download. Many times, they don't realize the link has an expiration on it which causes more work on my part and frustration on their end.
We need an option where we can permanently enable downloads to the favorites list granted to certain emails, or an option to customize the amount of time the link is live.

Copy images to another gallery
I would love to be able to copy my favorite images to a different "gallery". For example, I want to be able to save my all-time-favorite images in a hidden gallery so I can have a resource to pull from for marketing and social media. Thank you!!

Photo size/price lists
Please could you put 'inches' in brackets on your print sizes. I know photography standard is always inches but many uk labs now list their size options in CM so its confusing for non photographers.

Additional Water Marks
I would love to be able to add an additional water mark. I have two brands and would love to use the correct logo on the coordinating galleries, rather than one logo on all of the galleries.
