Add Features for High Volume Photographers
Your back end is so great but I would love to be able to use it more in my other business shooting sports leagues.
The ability to have more folders so I can separate by league, then by age then by team would be great.
Also anyway to take preorders with credit cards through the invoicing system would be great. Wouldn't even have to have fulfillment for me, just the ability to have people click a package and pay.

Universal Favorites
It would be nice to have universal favorites from the client instead of categorizing it from where they favorited it from!

Multi-image packages limited to folders
I am an equestrian photographer and I sell photos of horses/riders from events. If you look at a gallery, a rider may have several "rounds" at an event which I name/label sequentially (401-1, 401-2...).
Instaproofs multi-image basically says "any image at all anywhere in the entire Instaproofs account (across any galleries) may be purchased as part of a multi-image package".
But for the way I want to charge my customers, I want multi-image products that are not only limited to a single gallery, but limited to a single folder. So, as an example, if someone wants to buy a "retouch…

[BUG/FEATURE REQUEST] Discount End Date in Bulk Email Body
Hello there - I noticed that the [[DISCOUNTENDDATE]] function does not and has not populated in my bulk emails to clients.
Although in the gallery, customer can see a date/countdown to the <Discount Days> promotion, the email body returns a blank.
I am wondering if this is a bug, or not a feature set at this time. If not I think this is relevant for customers and our studio to have a call to action with an End/expiry date.

Create ability to Download LO RES favorited images
please please create the ability for photographer to select whether the person download high res images or lo res images on the favorites that they mark when sending the download link. My images are so large because I use the hi res subscription.
Many of my vendors just want to lo res so they can add them to their website/online portfolio and they are too large - and they don't know how to scale them down.

The emailing look needs to be more modern
I really like Instaproofs a lot, but end up using Pixieset over Instaproofs because their emailing to clients looks so much more modern and pretty. Can you change this?

I want to use instaproof for photojournalism but it is missing a big (and basic) feature: Captions and titles. Please add this! A lot of people would find it very usefull

Client email issues
Is it posible to force a client to enter their email address twice when they sign up for an appointment?
We have tons of clients who do not enter their email correctly and then wonder why they do not hear back from us, etc.

Move custom Order Receipt Message to the TOP
Please can you simply move the custom message we can add to ORDER RECEIPTS, to the TOP? PLEASE?!

Create Custom RSS/XML feed which can be filtered by event type.
We have different websites for different types of events that we photograph and it would be really useful if we could add a SWITCH into the web address feed for the XML feed to identify the EVENT TYPE so that this can be filtered against.
This could as standard be set to ALL.

Put icons above/below instead of on top of photos in mobile app gallery
Right now if you are looking at photos on your phone (and especially if it's a vertical photo) when you rotate to look at the photo vertically there are icons on top and at the bottom of the image. The top of the image is even cut off by the url bar. Other proofing sites put icons not ON the photos (restricting the view of the entire photo) but above and below the photos (makes the photo smaller) but you see the entire photo.

Default to most recent event visited in Discount emails
I learned today that the system "sends that sale email information from one of the random events that were visited by the client sometime before the sale." Can you make it default to the most recent event visited?
For example, a customer would not know the wedding event is on sale if they are getting an email for an old engagement event they visited. Or if they happened to visited another client's gallery that I sent them for reference, etc. THANK YOU!

PDF of print release
Can you add an option to maybe upload a PDF for full gallery downloads and it gets attached to the zip file when they download. This would be helpful. Thank you.

Make blog posts easier to discover content
Add a search feature to your blog so I can search by a topic instead of having to open every month/year combo to see what past articles are about.
