Thank you for your suggestions! We have recently finished integrating Miller’s and Mpix, and we now have the following options available through our site: Miller’s, Mpix, WHCC, Bay Photo, ProDPI, Musea, and Richard Photo Lab. We have also reached out to Nations, and as soon as they are ready to work with us we will get their lab put into our system as well. Thanks again for the comments and suggestions!

Nations Photo and Artsy Couture are currently in the works! Look for an announcement email for this sometime within the next month or so. :)

Dexter, can you provide a scenario where this would be useful? There is no way to limit the number of favorites that your clients can select, which means that if downloading favorites is enabled independently of the individual image download permissions, your clients could still download all of the images in the gallery. They would simply mark all of the images as a favorite, and then download their favorites.

Thanks for the additional details, Dexter. It sounds like you're using this as something different than what we originally intended it for, but we'll consider your use-case for it as we plan for future functionality.

I'm not sure how far we can go back with this, but we'll see what we can do for the older versions of the iPad.

Thanks for the suggestion, Wendy. Right now it is set at 24 hours, but we have considered opening it up a little bit and giving the option to the photographers. Find a few more people to vote on getting this option added, and we will get it done. :)

Miro, I think that the suggestion you are offering is that if there is only one print size available for specific image, the print size should automatically be selected when someone attempts to purchase it. Is that correct?

To view all of their favorites they can click the "Favorites" link at the top of the page. This will display all of their favorite images in a grid, like is displayed with other categories.

Can you give a little more information on this? How would the preview be different than viewing the event on your storefront?

Can you go into detail a little more with this? Right now many people are ordering through their iPad and other mobile devices. What specifically would you like to see?

Thanks for the suggestion, Mathew! We have actually thought the same thing ourselves about how cumbersome that process is. However, the reason we haven't put in the time to update how it is done yet is because the shipping costs calculation method that you are referring to is a method of calculation that is rarely used anymore. Most people have converted away from the "prints ordered" method and are now using the "order total" or "order percentage" methods instead. These methods let you define a shipping cost based on price of the order, which tends to be quite a bit easier than defining a cost for each print size individually.

Take a look at the other couple of calculation options, and let us know what you think.

We aren't sure that we understand this suggestion. Can you provide some more details and an example of how you would like it to work?

We actually already allow contracts to be attached to invoices. :)

At the bottom of the invoice area there is a section for you to upload your PDF contract(s). When your client views an invoice that has an attached PDF, they can view/download it right from invoice details page and they are forced to click a box saying that they agree to the contract before they can submit their payment.

One warning with this though: although electronic signatures are technically legal and just as binding as a written signature, if you ended up getting a chargeback on a contract that was signed electronically it would be significantly more difficult to fight than if there was a written signature on it. At least that has been my experience with them.

I'm not sure if that is what you were looking for, but it sounds like it may be close!
