    You can actually do this, however the process is a bit reversed.

    You'd have to activate watermarks, and then every gallery will be watermarked. You can then however go to each gallery you DON'T want watermarks, and go into "Edit Event," "Advanced Event Settings" and uncheck the box that says "Display Image Watermarks"
