Event Pre-Launch for weddings, etc!
I would LOVE an option that is simple and easy for prelaunching an event, like when you want to have a place for people to leave their emails so that you can collect them in that anxious time between when you book or shoot, and when you're ready to present the images online.
Right now, I make an event and upload an infographic image that has instructions on it, but it looks ugly in my storefront to have so many of those. They crowd the live events, especially since I want to just prelaunch like crazy and not have to make my guests scroll til they find the real events that have just been launched. Not to mention that automatic emails keep getting sent to very confused guests reminding them to look at the images (that aren't there.... because I just recently found that there's an option to turn that off, but then I'll have to remember to turn it back on again, or delete the event and start over, creating more work and a new URL, so that I can have those handy automatic discount days at the beginning of a launch!).
So, I guess what would make my experience great, and my guests' experiences great, would be a short and sweet section, maybe at the beginning of the Instaproofs gallery homepage grid, that has simple text listings of pre-launched events, which are then converted into live events when we upload images. It would streamline their experience as well as mine, so I don't have to futz around with so many screens when things are getting hectic mid-summer!
Thanks for considering!

This was also just requested by a friend of mine, her post is here:
This is one thing the older UI did that appears to have been taken out in the new UI.
Jonathon Canlas talks about this in his video tutorials showing how he sets up his Instaproof site & when I joined I couldn't work out why I couldn't see the pre-launch events.
Having pre-launch events is a great way to get a whole lot of people onboard before the event goes live so they're all ready & are notified when the photos go up. Otherwise we have to try to market the wedding to everyone post event & that's not efficient use of our time nor is it as effective.
