move the photographer login on the front page higher
I know it's lazy of me, but I wish I didn't have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to login. It'd be nice if it was at the top of the page.
Thanks for the suggestion! You can actually already do this. :) At the top of the page there is an icon that looks like a person’s profile; click that icon to login. Or, if you would like to save your login details, you can login through the following URL instead: https://secure.instaproofs.com/administration/main/login.html Thanks again for the suggestion!

Free consultation follows:
Expecting your users to magically know that this little head is a login place and having it so small while so much other real estate is dedicated to gaining new customers makes your actual user/customers feel a lot less important.
There are too many web design companies that have graphic designers calling the shots who know nothing about psychology or marketing. User Interface Design is my specialty and I can tell you that this trend is hurting a lot of companies without them realizing it. It's enough to even drastically change a site without adding capabilities or functionality because it forces users to relearn where things are which they do now almost daily and for some people it's several times a day and that adds up to a ton of lost productivity in a person's life. By "cleaning up" the design and removing any language indicating a login, it just further alienates them by saying "Hey - you don't even deserve the word "Login" because it takes too much space and makes our site look ugly."
If it were my company I would have a nice big box near the top that said "Our awesome customers can login here!" and the fields ready to type in. I wouldn't even force them to load a separate page to login, let alone minimize or even hide the login access.I came here specifically to make this suggestion because I like you guys and it just so happened that finding the suggestion link was even easier than finding the login link. After getting here I see others had done what I had....hunted and then found the link at the bottom and used it to login. Then came here to tell you it was annoying and your only answer as been "click the little profile icon at the top right" and closed it as complete.
What you're totally missing is that you have people contacting you about it specifically because your design is bad and asking them to work around your poor design is not a good thing although this too is becoming the norm in software and web development. There's no telling how many others have done the same as I and others who have contacted you about it have done and decided that they weren't going to come here and do website design consulting for free by suggesting an improvement. But I'm fine passing on this free advice. What you do with this free advice is up to you though.
