  1. please please please implement something to aid in this!! it took, i believe 6 or 7 click-strokes for each event, to re activate them in order to promote the sale this past weekend... times that by 50ish events... it took an hour just to get them live :(

  3. It would be great to give a more flexible option on the watermarks. We are seeing people simply screenshot the pictures and crop out the watermarks on the 4 corners. Then the watermarks in the middle are small enough to photoshop out fairly easily. If we could make them larger, or be able to position them ourselves that would be great!

    Another suggestion would be to create a scenario where a customer could pick individual pictures from a category to purchase - but also have the option in the pricing set up to just purchase the whole category, in which…

  4. Please create a way to take all of your expired events and make them active again for a specific length of time, so as to avoid having to click into each individual event... I like to repost my expired events when there is a reduced comission fee weekend, but having to reactivate each of my events individually is time consuming!

  5. Fix the issue with your generic email template, when you click email a mobile app the template puts [[MOBILEAPPURL]] however you do not have it coded with href to make it a link that you can click on in the email to open the mobile app. Fix it so it is sent as a link. The word mobile means people are opening the email on their phone, if you can't click on it it's a worthless mail. NOBODY wants to try to copy and paste text off of a phone screen to open something

  6. Hi Guys,

    I know the new revamped instaproofs is just around the corner. A couple of wedding planners I work with who sometimes submit to blogs on my behalf are asking if I can add the option of low-res downloads for the full set, basically pretty much a single click. They say their photographers using pixieset allows this and it makes their lives much easier for blog submissions. At the moment they're having to trawl through the whole series to download images individually.

  7. Possibly make it easier for the client to select between papers and finishes such as matte, glossy etc. when ordering prints. The pricing setup is just too confusing because all that is shown is the size of print. I know some photographers like to dictate what specific finish is used but it would be nice to offer the customer an easier way to select if allowed.

  8. It would be awesome if there was a text field or a selector when setting up sizes of prints and gallery wraps, rags etc. It gets a bit confusing when you are creating products like wraps and rags because all you see is repeat sizes on the lab connection list. When all you see are sizes It's not easy to determine if the size is a paper print, wrap or other product. .

  9. If possible, having a minimum order amount set for the first order that comes through the event, but each order after that no minimum is required. Just a thought!

  10. I want to be able to make the gallery's main image something other than the first image in the gallery. I want to be able to choose my favorite image to be the gallery's cover thumbnail image.

  11.  When a customer selects a photo as a favourite, this website shows the picture without the photographer's watermark on it!!!
     So anyone can easily steal photos just by selecting the heart (picking it as favourite) then copying it by hitting "printscreen" and pasting the picture into paint programs! This needs to be changed!

I would love the option to specify by email address who can download the image with the watermark (the customer, coordinators who will be blogging images) and who can download the image without the watermark (other vendors who will be sharing on social media). It would be great if the watermark could be automatically applied during the download for those you specify should only get the watermark version.

  15. I am using an iMac and do not have Excel, so I like to print the summaries page as-is. When I do this, the format gets jumbled. The only way I can get the summary to print as it appears is to take a screenshot and print that. Can you make all summaries printer-friendly?

  16. For my sales and use tax reporting, I have to manually figure out the taxable totals per month by subtracting the tax paid from the totals column. This is because I don't charge sales tax outside my state, but I do get orders from other states. It would be SO helpful to have a column for Taxable Total already done for me.
