setting up sales and removing expired events
Can you please set up a way to toggle off or remove expired events from sales. There is no reason I would want to send a sale reminder to events that aren't even posted online anymore! How frustrating to have to go through and hand select every single freaking event I've shot in the last 9 months just to have a sale!

Combining InstaProof and Fulfillment charges on a single Invoice
provide a single invoice that combines the charges for all services. InstaProof commission and printing services so that the "amount paid" equals what is actually deposit into your account.

Edit event page
Just came across a situation where I needed to change the price package for an event, following video tutorial I successfully changed it but steps were confusing. I am requesting to add a feature to "edit an event" where all credentials associated with a particular event including sub categories and pricing can be changed quickly instead of the process I followed. Have proof prints as an option and have it link to the labs like the other items.

Add a new event type
Hi, can you please add a new event type. I shoot events for corporations too, and Dance, Wedding, Sports, Family and Reunion would not apply to these types of events. Maybe even a general type of event..... maybe event "Other". Thank you!

printing of orders
Hi! I was just wondering if there could be a way to print out orders for clients that didn't have their address and information at the top. If their information can print separately, it would help out at the post office. Thanks!

Mobile app Notifications
Since this is a Mobile app, meaning on a mobile device most likely a phone make the communication mehtod mobile friendly by adding send notification via SMS. Allow us to enter a phone number and text the notification instead of an email. Not all mobile users read email on a phone as it is diffucult with small print and now that is the only way to get the mobile app on my phone. Also allow an option for the recipient to share the mobile app via SMS to a friend

Print size selections
It would be awesome if there was a text field or a selector when setting up sizes of prints and gallery wraps, rags etc. It gets a bit confusing when you are creating products like wraps and rags because all you see is repeat sizes on the lab connection list. When all you see are sizes It's not easy to determine if the size is a paper print, wrap or other product. .

Problem with ordering pics / email address
Hello. I've had two customers try to purchase photos and/or email me through the Instaproofs site and they've been getting error messages.
Here's one of the emails that I received:

The photos are still not sorted the way you said they would be. I put two photos in the cart, wrote a description of what I wanted, and then tried to email them to you and it would not allow it to be emailed to your email address or to my email address for my records. re-activate expired events with less clicks!
please please please implement something to aid in this!! it took, i believe 6 or 7 click-strokes for each event, to re activate them in order to promote the sale this past weekend... times that by 50ish events... it took an hour just to get them live :(

Greek language
We really really need to be able to use Greek characters! It shows "?????" when we try ti enter.

Expired events
Please create a way to take all of your expired events and make them active again for a specific length of time, so as to avoid having to click into each individual event... I like to repost my expired events when there is a reduced comission fee weekend, but having to reactivate each of my events individually is time consuming!

Mobile apps email
Fix the issue with your generic email template, when you click email a mobile app the template puts [[MOBILEAPPURL]] however you do not have it coded with href to make it a link that you can click on in the email to open the mobile app. Fix it so it is sent as a link. The word mobile means people are opening the email on their phone, if you can't click on it it's a worthless mail. NOBODY wants to try to copy and paste text off of a phone screen to open something

Lo-res downloads for full image sets
Hi Guys,
I know the new revamped instaproofs is just around the corner. A couple of wedding planners I work with who sometimes submit to blogs on my behalf are asking if I can add the option of low-res downloads for the full set, basically pretty much a single click. They say their photographers using pixieset allows this and it makes their lives much easier for blog submissions. At the moment they're having to trawl through the whole series to download images individually.

Glossy vs Matte
Possibly make it easier for the client to select between papers and finishes such as matte, glossy etc. when ordering prints. The pricing setup is just too confusing because all that is shown is the size of print. I know some photographers like to dictate what specific finish is used but it would be nice to offer the customer an easier way to select if allowed.

Minimum order
If possible, having a minimum order amount set for the first order that comes through the event, but each order after that no minimum is required. Just a thought!

Invoicing - sent notice
Include an option for the Vendor to mark when/whether they have emailed an Invoice to a client, plus the date the email was sent.

Main Gallery Image / Cover Image Thumbnail
I want to be able to make the gallery's main image something other than the first image in the gallery. I want to be able to choose my favorite image to be the gallery's cover thumbnail image.
