editing email templates
I would love to see a way to edit in-template on the bulk email templates setup. So if I need to make any changes, I don't have to save the whole email as an entirely new template. Just edit and save.

Automatically allow my (photographer) email to hide, download and bulk down images from the client's gallery.
Right now I have to add my email address to all three options for each gallery as an 'additional address'. Automatically include my email address in these options so I don't have to type it in 3 times for every gallery.
1 voteThank you for the suggestion! Before we look into this too much, can you give us an idea of how/why this would be used? As the photographer you can already download the images from your admin (and you presumably have an additional copy on your computer as well) and you can delete out any images that you choose. What extra benefit would you receive by allowing yourself to do this through the storefront as well?

Default option for free downloads on full events/categories
I would love to see a default option to automatically set downloads for all categories in an event instead of going to each category and manually setting it every time I upload a new event. I have several wedding categories and have to manually update this on every category.

Feedback report when an email doesn't get to the client
I use the "Send Invitation" & Bulk Email function when an event is uploaded but have no idea if the email address I have been given is correct or not. Is there a reporting system that can advise me if an email is rejected so I can then contact the client without delay to get the correct address? I get this when using MS Outlook... Thanks. Phil

Display images at 144 dpi
I might have an impasse with Instaproofs on my next renewal. It's that although I upload hi-res images, they are displayed at 72dpi, instead of 144dpi. That means everyone using a retina display is not going to see the potential. In fact, the images look blurry. This affects my sales.

Personal login
Would like some kind of personal login.
Some cases I'd like a few people to be able to login, download and hide pictures. And others just to be able to look at the pictures and/or by them. The email aint secret so its not for much use as single ID. So it would be nice if it could be pouseble to ad passwords to emails for login.
Also, obtion where costumers can look at the pictures without email but need to login for download and/or purchase.1 vote -
Allow limiting the use of a product code or credit on sale items
We'd love the ability to restrict print and product sales to not allow product credit codes and discounts! Thanks!

Larger Preview in B&W/Sepia
If I view a proof in B&W or Sepia and then click on the magnifier to see a larger view, please show the larger view in the same color choice.

Add a search button
At the top of your event list, it would be helpful to have a search field option , especially as our events increase.

Password reminders for clients
When the event reminder emails go out, if the event has a password activated, a reminder of the password is also on the email as many clients forget 6-12 months down the line.

Account Balance and split payments
Can you please add the info "Payment for November 17, 2015: $....." light grey line to the front page under account balance also...so we don't have to go looking for it under the orders tab on the account balance page. Seems like it would fit without messing the page up.

PS - if we could split payments up between paypal and direct deposit by adding an amount line by paypal deposits...that would be fantastic. sometimes I need money added to paypal but don't need the entire amount. : ) Just sayin

Default Slideshow speed!!
The default speed is extremely fast, and the user has to control it themselves. I'd like to control the default speed, to much, MUCH slower as no one likes seeing photos whip by at breakneck speed. They need a few seconds to tear up first ;)

Longer default display date
I shoot primarily weddings and clients frequently book their engagement sessions a year before their wedding date. I create their engagement photos, and then many months later add their wedding images and just realized that the event is set to expire almost immediately.
I've been manually adjusting the expiration date to 500 days, but I'd like to set that option default in preferences. Currently there's a 270 cap.

Make the slide show pictures larger
I haven't been on instaproofs for a long time, and came back to a disappointment.....it seems like the slide show images are TINY now. It seems like it could be hard for a client to accurately judge whether they liked a photo if the subject is even a little smaller in the frame. It would be great if there was a way to click on the image to make it full screen, or at least a little bigger.

Have the images automatically sort by capture time.
Have the option to select how to sort the images automatically without having to remember to go in a change it.

Bulk Email Templates - One layout/customize text
I'd like to have one basic HTML template (that contains all my tables, layout, colors, etc) with stock text. Then as I go to create or edit other emails, I don't have to recreate the whole layout each time. I can just edit the text only. If I have 10 custom bulk emails and then decide to change my layout, I currently have to hand-edit each one, even if the text isn't changing.

Update Email Templates
Can we have a feature where when we edit a template in "bulk Email" we don't have to "resave it" we can just click "Update this template".
Currently i have to delete the old template so I can re-save the updated template under the same title.
