  3. Can you please add the ability to add a watermark to the mobile apps so people can’t just screenshot the photos they like and not purchase them.

  4. Be able to set featured gallery image without waiting for the images to process first. If I upload something large I waiting for a long time before I can do the last step which is set the featured image.

  5. Emailed this to support and was told to suggest here.

    I am trying to set up a product or print
    set for a certain number of digital images. For example, I am offering a
    mini session which includes 5 digitals. However, they will have the
    option to purchase additional digital images on top of those 5 free
    ones. My issue with the instant download option (that is set up under
    each event where you designate an email address that is permitted to
    download, and how many) is that I don't want people to mistakenly
    download a photo and come back…

  6. I think it would be great to see the visitor counts and number of visits available through the Instaproofs app.

    Also, it would be great if we had the ability to add a small watermark to the photos after customer custom cropping while on the way to auto fulfillment. Think of the old studios in the 80s and 90s that put foil logo and dates on the bottom corners.

  8. Hello ! I just spoke to Evan in customer service. I asked him if it's possible to have an option to delay the splash screen even after the events are done loading. Because I'm not a CSS whiz , this is the ONLY thing I can really customize, and I love how it looks on both mobile and desktop. I am sure that other photographers would LOVE that as well. Thank you so much!

  10. Is the time stamp correct? I just created an event (Sweet Miller Family) and it says the miller address saw it 2 different times (but the visitor page says one visit) and the time is way off...Thanks!

  11. Customers are regularly not noticing how to download images and coming back to me asking how they go about downloading images they have purchased.

    Can I suggest this be a permanent FAQ.

    Also, it would be great if, when I print a receipt, if they haven't already downloaded the images, a box appears on the INVOICE which gives them instructions on how to download images.

  13. While looking at your event list from the photographers login/backend, I would love to be able to view not just gallery name, event date, etc but have the cover image shown. This is often times easier in helping to identify a gallery quickly.

  14. I'd love the option to NOT automatically show the red "VIEW LARGER IMAGE" overlay on images as you hover over them. It's incredibly distracting, especially when viewing on a smaller screen or something like an iPad.

  15. when I sent the bulk email to the client, is there a way to check the email history? I can only see "3 emails sent" but can't see the email address or other history information.

    I was always afraid of sending the wrong information or sending to the wrong address so I would absolutely want to check after I sent!

  16. hey, I found that sometimes when I re-upload some images, it takes forever. Sometimes just very few pictures, it has been showing "processing" for more than half an hour! I dont know why. Could you please give some suggestion on how to improve this issue? thanks

  17. When I prep photos to upload, I do all sorting and editing in a folder, upload that folder, and then many of the photos (which I see in this folder as all upright) many show up on the customer screen sideways. When I select and rotate them through instaproofs sometimes they over rotate and it is very frustrating. confusing to the customer and makes us look incompetent.

  20. I want to be able to select multiple images within an event and switch them to another event within a category? How can I do that?? That feature is not available yet?

    Thanks for this suggestion! I’m not 100% sure what you mean with this, however, if you are trying to move your images from one category to another within the same event there is a way to do this. Head into the “Manage Photos” page that contains your images, place a checkmark next to the images you’d like to move, and then click the “Edit Selected” link at the top of the page. From the Edit screen you can select a new category to move your images into. Will that work for what you need?
