Expired Events on Bulk Email page
'Is there anyway to send custom bulk email to an event that has expired. The only way I have found to do this is reactivate the event, send the bulk email and then close the event. We use the bulk email to let them know we are returning to the store for another shoot but not to invite them to view the expired event.'

Order Fulfillment Annual Totals

make vacation mode dynamic
Newbie just creating a store. It displays a green banner at the top of my Dashboard saying "Vacation Mode. Storefront Checkout Disabled." but clicking on it does not take me to where I can change that setting. Nor is it easy to find anywhere else in the dashboard.

shipping question
I have had clients inform me that there is no way to pay for shipping just one time when ordering from separate events. ie.; 2 different basketball games and they want prints from both. I have been told that they would pay for shipping twice for these. Can that be changes somehow? Thank-you

Admin Ordering
There should be a way for the administrator to order images from their storefront. It would be best if the images just showed charges at cost and shipping and what ever the lab charges. I know other companies with photo storefronts have this capability.

stop crashing Lightroom
The plugin crashes Lightroom CC if there are 200 or more images. Please fix this.

more in-depth analytics
Maybe I missed it but a more detailed analytics of traffic and visits would come in handy. Being able to break it down to visits in the past week or month etc. I would be able to see a more detailed traffic pattern as to which events each of my visitors are viewing and when would help me strategize marketing techniques.

Although it doesn’t cover everything you are asking for, please take a look at the new graph that is displayed on the Email List page for any/all of your events. The new graph is located underneath the list of email addresses and it shows the number of unique visitors per day, and the numbers of bulk emails sent out per day. This graph should give you a little more insight into your visitor trends and how your marketing emails affect them. We will continue looking into additional areas where a graph of this type may be beneficial. bulk email
When sending bulk email we need a way to make our own template and simply select an image from file instead of it having to be a link on a site. This surely cannot be a difficult addition to your software. We could really use this in our babies r us promotions.

Uploadable Sales Tax worksheet
It would be nice to be able to upload a spreadsheet with all of the cities tax rates instead of having to add each one manually. In Arkansas every city and county has a different tax rate so I am having to add all 310 cities manually.

Automatically fill sale ending date and discount percentage
Please enable Date Range Discount to be able to pre-fill fields automatically from a template like the sale ending date and the specific discount percentage in the same way the Discount Days

Feedback report when an email doesn't get to the client
I use the "Send Invitation" & Bulk Email function when an event is uploaded but have no idea if the email address I have been given is correct or not. Is there a reporting system that can advise me if an email is rejected so I can then contact the client without delay to get the correct address? I get this when using MS Outlook... Thanks. Phil

Display images at 144 dpi
I might have an impasse with Instaproofs on my next renewal. It's that although I upload hi-res images, they are displayed at 72dpi, instead of 144dpi. That means everyone using a retina display is not going to see the potential. In fact, the images look blurry. This affects my sales.

Personal login
Would like some kind of personal login.
Some cases I'd like a few people to be able to login, download and hide pictures. And others just to be able to look at the pictures and/or by them. The email aint secret so its not for much use as single ID. So it would be nice if it could be pouseble to ad passwords to emails for login.
Also, obtion where costumers can look at the pictures without email but need to login for download and/or purchase.1 vote -

Larger Preview in B&W/Sepia
If I view a proof in B&W or Sepia and then click on the magnifier to see a larger view, please show the larger view in the same color choice.

At the top of your event list, it would be helpful to have a search field option , especially as our events increase.

Account Balance and split payments
Can you please add the info "Payment for November 17, 2015: $....." light grey line to the front page under account balance also...so we don't have to go looking for it under the orders tab on the account balance page. Seems like it would fit without messing the page up.

PS - if we could split payments up between paypal and direct deposit by adding an amount line by paypal deposits...that would be fantastic. sometimes I need money added to paypal but don't need the entire amount. : ) Just sayin

Default Slideshow speed!!
The default speed is extremely fast, and the user has to control it themselves. I'd like to control the default speed, to much, MUCH slower as no one likes seeing photos whip by at breakneck speed. They need a few seconds to tear up first ;)
