  1. Ideally, we'd have the option to customize the message that is displayed at the login screen. That'd be significantly more useful and visible for important notes and directions to clients (than at the top of the gallery where the event notes currently display).

    ie: having people signup w email address to be notified when a wedding gallery is ready for viewing.

  2. The slide show images are BIG ENOUGH FOR CLIENTS TO SCREEN GRAB, Please please can we have the option to switch off the slide shows or alternatively water mark them to stop images being stolen.

  3. We would like to offer clients a free download, but dont want them to be able to take advantage and use the discount towards other items. would be great if there were more flexibility with the discounts, where you can apply and/or exclude from specific items! Thanks!

  4. Within the gallery, it would be super helpful to have certain categories that can't be downloaded, even with full download permission rights. For weddings, I like to upload a client album proof, but I'd really rather not have the option to download these files. Thank you for considering!

  5. Hi! I have 3 businesses that I run and currently am transitioning over from Smugmug to you guys. I think it would be really cool if you guys offered a discount to people with multiple accounts. For example, our website platform Showit offers us $39 for the first site account and then $19 for each additional site account after that. We have 4 different accounts with them. I would have 3 accounts with y'all. Just a suggestion! Thanks!!

  6. I want to add a comment to an image that a client would then be able to search for keywords within. EIther a comment for each picture within the Instaproofs system or have the search check the metadata within the image.

  8. I upgraded to the basic plan ($10/mo) but cannot find the support chat or email links. Last night when uploading about 1/4 of my 685 files failed to upload and got an error. They are not over the limit. Last week's upload was no problem. The only way it seems I can fix this is re-upload all? Checking no duplicates still uploads all the file using bandwidth.

  9. I would LOVE to have a Reset button on each event so that I can do it myself. I've used smug mug for years and recently switched to y'all after Jon Canlas turned me on to Instaproofs. I have opened 3 different accounts with y'all. One for my wedding photography business, one for my fiance's wedding photography business, and one for our Photo Booth business.

    I set up our Photo Booth account first and transitioned everything over from Smugmug to Instaproofs. I uploaded 73 previous events in hopes of launching the new site all at once. I was unaware of…

  10. We posted our first corporate headshot gallery today, and discovered a bit of a hick-up ... for any gallery that contain just headshots, even if you just have one category you can't skip the 'intro' that looks like the attached. It's either a giant smile or creepy eyes, but either way it's not a good first impression (see attached example! :) I would like to request an enhancement option to skip the intro page and go straight to the tile-view gallery page. For any businesses doing corporate portraits this would be a huge help!

  11. Print sizes are currently editable but only with numbers, there should be a dropdown for 'unit size' as well! I'll change my units to centimetres in the mean time ;)

  12. Hi,

    using only stripe for me this method don't work as not all my clients (in fact most of them) dont have credit cards.

    Can you add direct deposit (even through stripe) or Cash, for payment method?

    I just started and already receiving complaints regarding this :(

  13. Sprout studio has a sales gallery which has different rooms where clients can see what the art will look like on the wall in a certain size. So great for canvas sales!

  15. please implement a way to force international customers to pay a higher shipping rate. at this time, they can choose at check out if they'd like to pay standard or international. this should be automatic. Thanks!

  17. It would awesome to have a mobile app similar to the flickr app.

    The client would be able to browse all their wedding photos on their phone, favorite photos (just like on the computer and have it create a new category - just like on the computer). The best part would to be able to then go into just their favorites folder and either download the whole category at once or to individually select photos and download them to their "photo stream" on their phone.

It's great that we can download the images when a client places an order... makes it easy to have them all in one place.. but at least for us, we have clients who place one order that contains both digital download purchases as well as prints or products. as they are receiving the link to download the digital files on their end, it's unnecessary for us to download the file as well. Perhaps you can come up with a way to allow us to only download the files that contain product for purchase?

  19. When taking school pictures, I need to protect the privacy of children who are not ordering pictures but are in the photograph (with permission from parent of course.)
    I would like to make these photos available to the other child in the picture by posting it in the event.
