  1. Some clients are accessing Mobile App gallery on their computer. Most computers have high security settings and clients are hesitant to access the mobile app site as their webpage warns that the site is not on a secure server (https).

    I hope Instaproofs can move to a secure server when you start offering a purchase feature from the app gallery!

  3. It would be great to add a "tip" option when people are checking out. I actually just had a client who likes to tip. When they were going to purchase the full download, I almost sent them through Instaproofs and changed my mind because I knew there was a possibility they might tip. So I did it through another payment method instead.

  4. I would love an option to add a "bonus" like "Free 8x10 with $50 purchase" where the customer is prompted to choose the image for their bonus once their cart reaches the minimum order. Even if I have to create a discount code for them to apply to receive the bonus would be fine. Currently I have to contact each customer that qualifies.

  5. I often shoot headshots for multiple employees at a company. I want to include a category for each person within a single gallery, but for obvious reasons don't want to single out one person to feature on the splash/login page. It would be great if there were an option for not displaying a photo at login.

  6. Allow different watermark for downloads and include same options.

    For gallery viewing, I use watermark to protect theft. However for downloaded social media files, I would prefer to use a different watermark in bottom corner to promote as its shared in social media.

  7. I want to be able to select multiple images within an event and switch them to another event within a category? How can I do that?? That feature is not available yet?

    Thanks for this suggestion! I’m not 100% sure what you mean with this, however, if you are trying to move your images from one category to another within the same event there is a way to do this. Head into the “Manage Photos” page that contains your images, place a checkmark next to the images you’d like to move, and then click the “Edit Selected” link at the top of the page. From the Edit screen you can select a new category to move your images into. Will that work for what you need?

When I prep photos to upload, I do all sorting and editing in a folder, upload that folder, and then many of the photos (which I see in this folder as all upright) many show up on the customer screen sideways. When I select and rotate them through instaproofs sometimes they over rotate and it is very frustrating. confusing to the customer and makes us look incompetent.

  9. hey, I found that sometimes when I re-upload some images, it takes forever. Sometimes just very few pictures, it has been showing "processing" for more than half an hour! I dont know why. Could you please give some suggestion on how to improve this issue? thanks

  10. While looking at your event list from the photographers login/backend, I would love to be able to view not just gallery name, event date, etc but have the cover image shown. This is often times easier in helping to identify a gallery quickly.

  12. Customers are regularly not noticing how to download images and coming back to me asking how they go about downloading images they have purchased.

    Can I suggest this be a permanent FAQ.

    Also, it would be great if, when I print a receipt, if they haven't already downloaded the images, a box appears on the INVOICE which gives them instructions on how to download images.

  13. Is the time stamp correct? I just created an event (Sweet Miller Family) and it says the miller address saw it 2 different times (but the visitor page says one visit) and the time is way off...Thanks!

  15. Hello ! I just spoke to Evan in customer service. I asked him if it's possible to have an option to delay the splash screen even after the events are done loading. Because I'm not a CSS whiz , this is the ONLY thing I can really customize, and I love how it looks on both mobile and desktop. I am sure that other photographers would LOVE that as well. Thank you so much!

  20. I'm creating a holiday sale and the date range for my discount won't save.

    In my account, it's the 1 Day Extension sale. Can this be looked at and see if there's anything I'm doing incorrectly?

    I've tried several adjustments with no luck.
