  4. I'd love to be able to to change the wording that appears in the sale banner at the top of the Storefront. I'd like to alter the the text that is used there to read, "All prints and products are...." I think it would be more clear for visitors. Thank you!

    Hello, Kristin! Thank you for the suggestion. Our system currently allows you to view your client’s favorites by doing the following: Click into the “Visitors” page for your event from the “Event List” screen, then click on the number found in the “Favorite Count” column next to your client’s email address. Doing this will display their selected favorites. Will this work for what you are hoping to accomplish?

  6. Since Miller's occasionally runs sales on albums, I'd like the ability to post a sale via Instaproofs just for albums (not prints too).

  7. My city and states (where Event was shot) is not appearing on my storefront. I was told by Evan A. posting a suggestion here could enable this on the current design of my storefront.

  9. I think it would be great to have the option to make the client login info box smaller. It unfortunately eats up so much of the image that it often times makes it difficult to find an image that makes sense/works with layout. Just an idea! Thanks! :)

I like the direct link to the event option, but apparently it only works if you type in WWW. before the link - and most people using browsers have the habit of not typing WWW since the browser does it for them. This would be a great improvement if you eliminated the need to use WWW. I have had customers contact me because they cannot connect for this reason.

  12. It would be great if we could set a separate message for events that do not yet have photos uploaded, such as "Please enter your email address and we'll let you know when the photos are ready!" but then have a different message for events that are already uploaded.

  13. It would be so helpful if you could change the way digital downloads work. The future is digital not print. So It would be brilliant if you could sort out the category section, so that clients can download single full downloads from one category instead of having to download every category which is the issue right now.

  16. One of the competitive online gallery sites is the "Go TO" site for businesses in the Photobooth community.

    Images need to be uploaded during the event (as they are shot in the booth), and those uploaded images need to be in the event gallery "NOW" so the guests can start ordering or using social sharing options during the event, not after the event.

  20. Some clients are accessing Mobile App gallery on their computer. Most computers have high security settings and clients are hesitant to access the mobile app site as their webpage warns that the site is not on a secure server (https).

    I hope Instaproofs can move to a secure server when you start offering a purchase feature from the app gallery!
