How can we improve Instaproofs?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. The retry upload could be improved.

    Retry all button: When uploading many images if there is a string of 10 or so that dont upload for whatever reason (happens often to me due to network connection) when the upload is finished i scroll up to where the errors are and click the 'retry' button and it immediately scrolls me down to the bottom and I can't scroll up any more until that photo is done uploading. If I have many photos that I have to do that to then in takes a while. A retry all button would be spectacular.

  2. Custom Text for "Add Album or Product"

    Please allow me to change the text in purchase mode where "Add Album or Product" button exists. I don't sell albums. My products are largly print bundles or actual products.
    This confuses my clients and I almost always have to intervene.

  3. ENABLE the watermark to be LARGER & more customizable..

    Id like to be able to put a full size watermark ,Larger over image. Also to be able to choose a different watermark for different events

  4. Keep us signed in

    It would be awesome if we were kept signed into Instaproofs for at least 24 hours on the same computer. I like to work with multiple tabs open and anytime I open a new one for instaproofs I have to sign in again.

  5. More images on products

    It would be great to have several images on parent products rather than just one i.e. I want to supply high quality frames and I'd love to see a few images of the frame itself and also examples within a room set.

    I'd also like to see the ability to click on a product image and have it enlarge so client can see details better.

  7. Notify visitors of additional images added

    Could you set up a way of notifying a visitor to the page when new images are posted ? This would be very useful

  8. Print + Digital Negative (of print)

    I would love to have the option to make the digital negative of any print ordered available for download after the print order has been placed.

    Creating a print set allows for the selection of ANY print and ANY digital negative without having to correspond to one another.

  9. Auto-detect Feature as Default Choice

    Please add the ability to configure the web uploader to always be set to the auto-detect category choice. Thank you for adding this feature. It's a game-changer. Being able to always have it on that option by default would make it even better. Thank you!

  10. more options for restricting downloads

    I love that I can add an email and implement that email address having the ability to download images from a category! One request though, currently there is only one restriction option...which applies to any email addresses in there. It would be amazing if the restrictions could be different for each email address. For instance, if a vendor signs our vendor agreement then we allow them full access images. But if they don't we only want to allow them watermarked images. With the restriction option now in place it doesn't let us personalize what we want to give out. Please…

  11. Allow Individual Websized downloads

    There doesn't seem to be a way to allow for individual downloads without them downloading full sized versions of photos. I have the full gallery download set to websized only but the individual downloads still allow them to download at full size.

  13. No Duplicate Emails! Suspend Marketing Automation If Another Sale Overlaps

    I'm running a "date specific sale" (Black Friday 2022) and also have sale emails that go out via marketing automation. My gallery visitors are receiving way too many sale emails this week and I wish there was a way to temporarily suspend the marketing automation emails while my Black Friday sale is running. In other words, if a one-time sale overlaps with a marketing automation sale, there should be a way to tell Instaproofs which one to prioritize and which one to suspend.   14. Add ability to download Full Gallery in Full-size AND Web-sizes.

    Is it possible to allow clients to have Full Gallery download abilities for both Full Size AND Web Size? Maybe as two different download options? While I do need to deliver high-res files to them, I'm often asked to create low-res files so they can post on social, etc. Most folks aren't tech savvy and certainly don't have the ability to batch process like we do, so currently I'm having to create these files and then upload to Google Drive for them. And since most of my galleries contain hundreds of images, downloading them individually isn't really an option.

  15. Export Product & Booking reports to Excel

    It would be awesome to be able to export the new Bookings reports to excel as well as the Product reports to excel or worse case scenario .csv file. I would love to be able to keep this for my companies history

    An XLS export for the Booking Transactions report has now been added! Thank you for your suggestion!


    However, we are unsure of what the XLS version of Product Sales report might look like, and we would like your input on that. Please respond back and let us know what you think that XLS report should look like.
