  1. It continues to say that the payment cannot go through due to a "risk model." I had 4 customer having this trouble in the last few days. any ideas how we can fix it

    If a payment is not accepted due to a “risk model,” that generally means that your client has entered an incorrect billing address. If their banks returns a No Match response when their address is being verified, their transaction will fail. If you have a specific incident that you would like us to look up, please email us the details at support@instaproofs.com and we can verify whether or not that is what has happened for your client(s).

  2. Everytime I upload photos they are not in order. No matter how I sequence them. Please fix this, thanks

  5. I have clients that order a packages of their digitals (5, 10 15 packs etc). When they recieve the order it gives them download links for each individual file rather than a zip file similiar to if they were to download the event.

    right now as a workaround, I have to go on my end, download the zip of their order and email it to them. It would be awesome if that zip file could be come available to them rather than links to each image download!

  6. Your email template system is great, however theres some features that i'd like to see, and by the time it would meet all my requirements it might as well just be mailchimp!

    Building a connector into mailchimp so I can feed data from instaproofs to mailchimp would be awesome!

  9. Can you please set up a way to toggle off or remove expired events from sales. There is no reason I would want to send a sale reminder to events that aren't even posted online anymore! How frustrating to have to go through and hand select every single freaking event I've shot in the last 9 months just to have a sale!

  10. provide a single invoice that combines the charges for all services. InstaProof commission and printing services so that the "amount paid" equals what is actually deposit into your account.

  11. Just came across a situation where I needed to change the price package for an event, following video tutorial I successfully changed it but steps were confusing. I am requesting to add a feature to "edit an event" where all credentials associated with a particular event including sub categories and pricing can be changed quickly instead of the process I followed.   12. I have found that selling packages and prints at an event before the photos are posted is a great way to assure a successful event. I would like the option have people pre-buy a package and register for the even on-line. Then when the pictures are posted they would select their prints that they want for the event. If that can be done I would like to know how. I also tend to provide a discount for early or pre-sales. Having all the data entered into one seamless system for recording sales, managing orders and communication would be excellent. I…

  13. Hi, can you please add a new event type. I shoot events for corporations too, and Dance, Wedding, Sports, Family and Reunion would not apply to these types of events. Maybe even a general type of event..... maybe event "Other". Thank you!

  14. Hi! I was just wondering if there could be a way to print out orders for clients that didn't have their address and information at the top. If their information can print separately, it would help out at the post office. Thanks!

  17. Since this is a Mobile app, meaning on a mobile device most likely a phone make the communication mehtod mobile friendly by adding send notification via SMS. Allow us to enter a phone number and text the notification instead of an email. Not all mobile users read email on a phone as it is diffucult with small print and now that is the only way to get the mobile app on my phone. Also allow an option for the recipient to share the mobile app via SMS to a friend

  18. The piles of tiny watermarks looks extremely unprofessional when sharing a sample photo anywhere. We need the option to put one large protective watermark over all of the image and to control size and positioning of corner marks. Additionally, I would love the ability to "give away" small watermarked images for digital download, and still have the option for the customer to buy the high res watermark free photo.

  19. I would love for my clients who receive a download image...as well as the event download to receive a folder of the same images but with my watermark. HIgh resolution downloads are not meant for social media so it would be great if I could provide watermarked images automatically for them to use on social media. Right now I have upload a separate folder for them, which is using all my space.

  20. Hello. I've had two customers try to purchase photos and/or email me through the Instaproofs site and they've been getting error messages.
