How can we improve Instaproofs?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Hello! We are hoping that when people order touch ups for one image, yet purchase 4 prints of that images, they are not charged 4 times.

  2. Discount Codes/Sales for Digital only

    It would be great to have the ability to limit a coupon code or a sale JUST to digital downloads.

  3. Print Fulfillment

    I used the new admin site to do a print fulfillment and just before payment, it wouldn't let me submit my order to my print lab. It would say that i am missing crops. So I redid the order and it still said the same thing. So I tried fulfilling the order the the older admin site and didn't have any problems. My order went through.

  4. Gallery problems

    I am a photographer that does several types of event, Weddings, Sports, Commercial and Photo booth.
    I have been using Pixieset for several years, But just started using you about 6 months ago.
    I love your service, But I am having a MAJOR problem.
    When I send someone to my Gallery from my website WWW.IMAGESBYROBERTT.COM I want then to be able to select the service there wanting and then go to the gallery of that service only. With your site, if I send someone to a gallery, they have to look at everything.

  5. Prevent same person from receive more than one bulk email at a time

    Many of our clients have multiple galleries (i.e. engagement and wedding). When I send a bulk email about a sale for example, I'd love an option to prevent them from receiving TWO emails because they have multiple galleries. I'd like them to only receive the email once.

  6. customer log in

    Fairly often a customer calls and says I dont know the email address to enter. I wish instead of "email adddress" it would say "your email address". Sounds stupid I know but it happens every couple of days. It makes me wonder are there some people who just give up and dont call us for instructions.

  7. new site - Custom Photo Window

    The new site is painfully SLOW. OMG. Still waiting on being able to expand and crop a custom photo for the category/gallery windows (featured image) -- not just the center/center, top/center, etc alignment.

    Thank you for your comments. I’m sorry to hear that things seem to be running slow for you. This isn’t something that we’ve heard from others, but we’d be happy to look into it for you. What specific page(s) are giving you the most trouble?

  8. More images on products

    It would be great to have several images on parent products rather than just one i.e. I want to supply high quality frames and I'd love to see a few images of the frame itself and also examples within a room set.

    I'd also like to see the ability to click on a product image and have it enlarge so client can see details better.

  9. file numbering

    I need to have customers only see the file numbers when they are looking through slideshows or whenever they are looking through images. I've had several people contact me with the wrong numbers because they are just looking at the number the picture is and not the actual image file number. This gets very confusing to me and the client.

  10. Slideshows

    I would LOVE to have more control over my slideshow, it looks pretty old school, so an overhaul would be fantastic. Plus I would like to be able to set the settings to my preferences right off the bat, as I hate explaining to clients to slow down the slideshow themselves. It goes really fast right off the bat and it just doesn't look that great. Thanks!!

  11. Ability to add items to cart across multiple galleries / events.

    I photograph events that my clients attend a number of times though out the year and often order images from multiple events at one time. The way Instaproofs cart is set up, users cannot add items from multiple events right now so if my clients order, they would have to place separate orders and then I would have to combine them after they are placed and refund any shipping charges from all but one order adding a lot of extra work on the photographers part and a big inconvenience to the customer.

    I really wish you would offer a 100 or 150GB plan. There's a big gap between 50 & 250, I think a lot of people might appreciate more choices. I don't need a 250GB plan but really would like 100GB

  13. Resend Download/Digital File Order

    I've had multiple clients not download their paid digital files right away and the download link expires. An option in their order to "resend" would be helpful. Thanks.

    Thank you for your suggestion! If your client receives a download link and then subsequently forgets to download the files, a new download link can be created by simply clicking the Download button again on their original order receipt. However, since this may not be obvious to the purchaser, we will review our options for adding a "resend links" type of button to the default download email.

  14. This is unfair

    I just received this when I went to put up a new gallery. I pay for 50G and in my 40 galleries I have used less than 2g. Why is there a limit on no.of galleries if I am no wheres near the amount of space I am paying for?
    And of course it is the weekend so my only choice is to delete galleries.

  20. I would like to be able to add print sizes and prices together

    maybe I'm not doing this properly, but I dont see a way to add print sizes and their pricing.. it would be great to have it in the same page as 'modify pricing template' where you have the list of sizes.. just to 'add new' and go from there
