Batch Shipping Cost Entry
It's a long & cumbersome process to change the shipping costs of multiple items. A checkbox & batch change option would mean I don't have to change 25 items' shipping costs one at a time.

Place holder image for empty events
Say a photographer wants to post an image on the login screen of all future/empty events thanking people for registering early for the event. They could upload the image to the customize page, and it would show up only for events that didn't have photos in them just yet.

Add Meta Title for Home Page
For many of us using our first and last name or business name is not suffice. We need the ability to name the meta title for pages or at the very least, the home page.

Products link from the area where you see Buy This Print
When ordering Products, it is hard to figure out what print you have selected. I think there needs to be an obvious link that takes you there and then shows you on that page what print you have selected rather than having to go into the cart.

Allow clients to type in edits/instructions for each pic, not just at the end of ordering.
While clients are selecting a specific picture to order, i.e. selecting quantities, cropping, etc., it would be nice if they had a field where they could also type in edits or special instructions for me to make, to that specific picture.
There is one special instructions box at the end, after checkout, but it would be nice, for the client and me, to have the specific edits attached to a specific picture. Please keep the box at the end though. Clients can still use this for notes about the order in general.

international shipping
Rather than letting customers choose their shipping, if they are out of the country that the instaproofs account is set up in then they automatically pay international shipping, the honor system is not a good system for a business

good morning! I was wondering if there is a way to adjust my storefront so the first thing the customer sees is the non-cropped flow layout? Right now they see a few photos and have to click on see all to go to the flow layout page

Adding Individual Photos for Options under "Add-Ons"
This would be an amazing feature that would allow me to put all different frame options under one heading and then have the client cycle through them to see the different options illustrated to the side instead of overwhelming them in the "Add Enhancements" Pop up. It would be great to put things like canvases, metal, bamboo, wood standouts, etc under one "Add-On" again, with a separate photo to illustrate each. The client could select the option they are interested in to have the photo to the side change. This would help me be able to expand the options for…

Sort by Date
Hello, My galleries used to sort by date but now they sort alphabetically. Customer support told me that they can't fix this, that I need to send you guys a suggestion. Sounds a little weird but ok.
I like that my galleries are sorted by category, then within those categories I would like them to sort by date with most recent first...like alll the other people's galleries...??? don'

Comment area in customer orders
I'd like to see a place for the photographer to write notes when viewing customer orders. Things like "awaiting client approval of proofs" etc. to help track what has been printed and is ready to ship and what is not.

Duplicate invoices
I would like to be able to duplicate and edit existing invoices. This would be especially helpful for wedding clients, where they have more than one invoice, deposit and balance. Instead of having to edit each one from a template, being able to duplicate the specific couple's original invoice with all their wedding info from the deposit and just edit it for the balance invoice would be a big time-saver.

change add-on default option
Hi, Can you add an option where you can choose what the default add-on is - rather than it displaying "none"

checkout shipping instructions
Is it possible to remove the 'add shipping address' when the purchase is a high res download only. I do not offer prints and it has previously confused some clients as to why they need to input they're address.

Add copyright agreement check box
It would be wonderful to have the option to require clients to read the photographer's copyright agreement (maybe an uploaded pdf) and to check a box saying that they read the agreement before they are able to download any images. I would love to have the copyright file stored so that it can be used for each gallery and would not have to be uploaded for each gallery. Thanks!

Backend storefront
I offer a number of prints in my packages and like to give out "thank-you"
prints for great reviews, contest winners, etc... Since all of the images
are uploaded already through instaproofs, I would love to be able to place
orders on the back-end. Ideally, you would be able to access multiple
albums and place orders through the Fullfillment Tab ("Create Order," or
something) As it is now, I either order from someone else (re-uploading
all of the images) or pay the fees on the Storefront and wait to be
credited back for the purchase later. I have thought about…2 votesThank you for this suggestion! We have plans for putting together a way for you to create and add items to an order on the backend, but it is not yet in the works. For now a workaround to paying and waiting to be credited (minus our fee) might be to setup a single high-value discount code that only you are aware of, and using that each time you checkout through your storefront. This way you don’t have to spend any money just to create an order for yourself. Thanks again for the suggestion! We’ll update this suggestion again when another method has been put in place!

Print Set Options
Hi Guys
If you could add in a facility that allows viewers to choose a print set from the drop down menu on the right had side of the image, that would be great. Currently, it has to sit in products, and whilst it is visible above the images, it is not obvious. I think people like obvious because its another word for easy!2 votes -
Rearrange Storefront layout
I know we can arrange the storfront images as a event types, date or alphbetically but Id love it if we could arrange as a drag n drop type set up as sometimes I may like 3 wedding events then 3 portrait so I can group things better for the layout grid.
