I know that you can share a picture from a gallery but I, as the photographer, want to share the whole gallery on FB and have a thumbnail show in FB post. Landing on the gallery, not just a a single picture would be beneficial.

Make Discount Days Easier to Create
Right now it's very confusing to figure out how to set different discount days while an event is active. I would love to see a way to simply enter in something like "20% for first 10 days, 30% for last 10 days" instead of having to do complicated, confusing math with the exciting set up.

have instaproofs send out auto bulk emails to all collected emails when 'date range' discount begin and 2 days before they end!

Order from multiple events
'I am wondering if the developers will consider developing a way to allow "categories" to load events into - then allowing all ordering from the category level rather than the event level. I am a pet/action photographer - I offer multiple purchase discounts, but some of my clients are involved in what would be multiple events spread out weeks or sometimes months apart. If they get a discount for buying 10 images - 5 might come from a flyball event and 5 from a dockdog event - but the way it is set up now, I have give them discount…

be able to change the pricing template associated with an even in the main event info window. it seems weird to have to go through the image management to change the pricing.

Allow photographers to choose default settings for new events
I would like to set up our account to have "enable keyword searching" to be checked by default new new events. We tag each of our photos by exhibitor number so clients can search for just their photos out of a week's worth of photos without having to scroll through categories, and if we forget to check that box we sure hear about it!

Clone a "product"
It would be awesome if Instaproofs could "clone" a product. (or perhaps have a "template" option)
I'm setting up pricing/options for greeting cards. The description and options for all cards are similar, but since I can't clone a product I have to re-enter all the details for each one…it's a lot of copy and pasting! :)

Choice to disable using multiple discounts
I want to prevent clients with existing discount codes from combining discounts during a sale. I almost had that happen recently and the product would have been free! This is no good!

frames, mounting, gallery options for direct fulfillment
I would love to have clients be able to purchase frames, gallery wraps, and mounting options for each image they print and have it be a direct fulfillment item. (like zenfolio)... thanks!

No password or email needed when logged in
It would be great if we didn't have to type in an email to see albums we are setting up (or had the option to work in "admin" mode). I find it fairly irritating that every time I want to access an album I have to type in the password and/or the email address even though I'm logged in as the admin

Schedule shopping cart reminder email
Having the ability to schedule a shopping cart reminder email would be helpful for those of us that send them out every quarter or so. Then we do not have to remember to do it! These emails always result in instant sales for us so this would be super helpful.

stats reports
There really needs to be an area where you can easily find out stats....stats for each event...and all of the events as a whole....as well as see how many logged in on days that we send bulk emails. I can't even tell if they've opened the emails.

Password reminders for clients
When the event reminder emails go out, if the event has a password activated, a reminder of the password is also on the email as many clients forget 6-12 months down the line.

Digital Downloads
It would be great if there was a way to make digital downloads easier, I get emails constantly from clients who just can't figure it out, or a link expires and they didn't get to download yet.
I think its pretty self-explanatory but maybe we can brainstorm a new way to make it even easier :)

We agree with you that it is pretty simple, but you may be able to get rid of one of the complaints by just a simple change to one of your account settings. You can change the number of days that the download is available for through the “Instant Image Download Timeframe” preference, found in the “Storefront Misc Options” section of the preferences page. You can set this all the way to 60 days if you would like. What other suggestions do you have for the downloads?

watermarked download for downloads
I would love for my clients who receive a download image...as well as the event download to receive a folder of the same images but with my watermark. HIgh resolution downloads are not meant for social media so it would be great if I could provide watermarked images automatically for them to use on social media. Right now I have upload a separate folder for them, which is using all my space.

Mailchimp integration
Your email template system is great, however theres some features that i'd like to see, and by the time it would meet all my requirements it might as well just be mailchimp!
Building a connector into mailchimp so I can feed data from instaproofs to mailchimp would be awesome!
